The exhibition FOLK – From racial types to DNA-sequences explores historical and contemporary research on human biological diversity, and the interactions between science, society, and culture.
The exhbitions points to the important consequences scientific racism has had for society and individuals. At the same time, our visitors get insights on how today's researchers study and think about genetic similarities and differences between people and populations.
From the curriculum: "History: Discuss the ideal of human dignity, discrimination and development of racism in a historic and contemporary perspective."
